Dear Colleen,I am writing this letter to thank you for the fabulous job you performed on my townhouse. As you know, I had been under tarps for almost two years, suffering from Leaky Condo Syndrome, living in a dark, dusty environment was not pleasant. Now I am so thrilled to go home and relax in a beautiful environment. Everyone that visits me comments on what a professional job you did. Even the tradesmen from Aqua proof construction company comment on how great the place looks. You should think about your own TV show. (Haha, you never know)I also want to thank you for the patience with the structural challenges you overcame, the construction of the unit, my cats, the constant line of workmen going through and messing things up for you, and keeping in my limited budget. All of the unique, interesting ways you were able to keep my costs reasonable yet have my place look like a million bucks. (I could only hope). My real estate agent came over for a visit and said the value of my townhouse has increased significantly with all the improvements I had done. I also want to mention the way you managed to take a simple thing and redesign it into something so unique, such as the rope you wrapped in the middle of the fireplace ledge, my refinished table and chairs in my dinning room, and the garage sale mirror which hangs in my dinning room fits so well with everything.Last my not least, your friendly, joyful disposition was always a pleasure to deal with when things weren't going in the right direction, you know what I mean. Colleen turned my new home, which had been left in a sorry state into a

decorated space. While working within a tight budget. She bought some

new items, such as kitchen hardware, art, lighting, etc. She also made

shower curtains, valances, curtains, seat cushions, headboard, bedding

and more. All of which turned our new house into a Home. Now she is

planning our wedding, from The Invitations, to The Reception. Everything

is custom tailored just for us. If it wasn't for Colleen & everything she is

doing for us, there would not be a Wedding.

A huge thanks to Colleen, she is the best.

 

 Had someone over last night and she said she just loved the way  my place looked. She said it was done so nicely that it was not

screaming out at you “look at me I have just been renovated.”
